A Christmas lights display, a dimensional rift and an enchanted palace made of ice. Could all this have something to do with why Sim Town is so cold right now? Help your Sims to unravel the mystery in this incredible holiday adventure!

The Secret Winter Wonderland – Day 1

1. Call a Sim (Discuss Christmas Lights, 4 minutes***, 4 minutes and 30 seconds**, 5 minutes*).

2. Buy a Reindeer Light (Outdoors > Outdoor Decorations, § 500)
3. Turn Reindeer Light On.
4. Check the hum in a refrigerator (8 seconds).
5. Check a refrigerator again (6 hours***, 6 hours and 30 minutes**, 7 hours and 15 minutes*)
6. Have a deep sleep (bed, 6 hours and 30 minutes***, 7 hours**, 8 hours*).

The Secret Winter Wonderland – Day 2

1. Investigate the snow (X, 1 minute).
2. Have 2 Sims in the same house.
3. Have a Snowball Fight. With a Sim selected, tap on another Sim and choose Snowball Fight. (15 minutes).
4. Investigate the shadow (X, 5 minutes and 10 seconds).
5. Say hello to the Sprite (1 minute)
6. Ask Sprite what’s happening! (6 hours and 30 minutes)

7. Place Icy Wallpaper. Buy some ‘Purple Frost’ walls from the ‘Walls’ section of the Home Store and place them in a room.

8. Place Icy Flooring. Change the floor of the room to ‘Frosted Glaze’ which can be found in the ‘Floors’ section of the Home Store.
9. Check for the Portal (refrigerator, 11 hours***, 12 hours**, 13 hours and 35 minutes*).
10. Set fridge to coldest (1 minute and 36 seconds***, 1 minute and 48 seconds, 2 minutes*).

The Secret Winter Wonderland – Day 3

1. Check for portal (refrigerator, 7 seconds).
2. Take it all in (16 seconds). Tap on any object, and have a Sim ‘Take it all in.’
3. Examine the Ice Palace Archway (10 seconds).
4. Ask Sprites about pickaxe (3 hours and 15 minutes).
5. Find the pickaxe (1 minute). The pickaxe is hanging on the railing near the start of the path to Jack’s Room.

6. Chip away at the Archway Ice (6 hours and 15 minutes).
7. Meet the Ice Queen (1 minute).
8. Receive Antifreeze Spell (4 hours and 15 minutes).
9. Go Home and Deep Sleep (bed, 6 hours and 30 minutes***, 7 hours**, 8 hours*). You can get home via the magnificent portal outside.

The Secret Winter Wonderland – Day 4

1. Talk to the Ice Queen (1 minute). Have a Sim head to the Ice Palace (via any refrigerator) and talk to the Queen.
2. Try the door to Jack’s room (5 minutes).
3. Ask about Jack’s Room (Sprite, 1 minute).
4. Look at the bridge (X, 1 minute).
5. Ask Sprites about Snow Belt (8 hours and 15 minutes).
6. Find the Snow Belt in the park (1 minute). The Snow Belt is on top of the thinking man statue.

7. Give the Snow Sprites the belt (1 minute).
8. Use the Snow Generator (12 hours and 30 minutes). Tap on the snow generator at the Ice Palace and choose ‘Join In.’
9. Test the bridge (5 minutes).

The Secret Winter Wonderland – Day 5

1. Look for the snowman (10 seconds). Have a Sim cross the bridge at the Ice Palace and ‘Look for the snowman.”X’ marks the spot.
2. Ask sprites about the snowman (20 minutes).
3. Roll a ball of snow at the Ice Palace (10 seconds).
4. Roll a small ball of snow at the Palace (10 seconds).
5. Choose a Snowman Nose (25 seconds, choose whichever one you’d like!).
6. Place the nose on the snowman (1 hour and 30 minutes). Have a Sim go to the snowman at the Ice Palace and put his new nose on.
7. Turn on a firepit. Have a Sim turn on a fire pit at a Sim’s home. Note: Fire pits can be found in the ‘Outdoor Decorations’ section of the Home Store.

The Secret Winter Wonderland – Day 6

1. Knit a scarf on a couch (2 hours and 50 minutes***, 3 hours and 10 minutes**, 3 hours and 30 minutes*). Pick whichever color you’d like!
2. Travel to the Ice Palace (via any refrigerator, 7 seconds).
3. Put the Scarf on the Snowman (1 hour and 30 minutes).
4. Look under a bed for a hat (1 hour and 50 minutes***, 2 hours**, 2 hours and 15 minutes*).
5. Choose a hat for the Snowman (48 seconds***, 54 seconds**, 1 minute*). Choose any hat under the bed for the Snowman to wear.
6. Put the Snowman’s hat on (1 hour and 30 minutes).
7. Say Hello to the Snowman (3 hours and 15 minutes).
8. Speak to the Ice Queen (2 minutes).
9. Dance for the Snowman (12 hours and 15 minutes).

The Secret Winter Wonderland – Day 7

1. Say hello to the Snowman (1 minute).
2. Ask the Snowman where Jack’s key is? (2 minutes).
3. Build up the Snowman’s confidence (10 minutes, right answer: “Your spirit is strength!”).
4. Build up the Snowman’s confidence (3 hours and 15 minutes, right answer: “You’d even look good nude!”)
5. Build up the Snowman’s confidence (3 hours and 15 minutes, right answer: “Jack needs our help”)
6. Tap Jack’s room door (1 second).
7. Find Jack’s wand (in the ice wardrobe, 15 minutes).
8. Show Snow Globe to the Ice Queen (12 hours and 15 minutes).

The Secret Winter Wonderland – Day 8

1. Form a plan with the queen (4 minutes).
2. Go to a Sim’s home.
3. Collect tree frost (10 seconds). Have a Sim collect frost from a frosty tree at a Sim’s home. Note: If you don’t see any frosty trees, plant a tree at a snowy home and the frost will settle immediately!
4. Rinse magic frost in a sink (12 minutes***, 14 minutes**, 15 minutes*).
5. Take frost to Ice Queen (2 minutes).
6. Watch the Christmas Forest Lights (13 hours and 16 minutes).
7. Speak with the Ice Queen (10 seconds).

The Secret Winter Wonderland – Day 9

1. Recruit a Snow Sprite (4 minutes).
2. Reassure a Snow Sprite (3 hours and 15 minutes, right answer: “You love ice cream!”).
3. Go to the park.
4. Find Jack in the Park (at the thinking man statue, 15 minutes).
5. Get encouraged by Snow Sprites (5 minutes).
6. Tap the Park Statue with the Wand (3 seconds).
7. Plead with Jack (15 minutes).
8. Ask Snow Sprites for a Distraction (4 hours and 30 minutes).
9. Sneak up on Jack (1 second).*
10. Build a fire to defrost the Snow Sprites (12 hours and 15 minutes).

1. Check on the Snow Sprites (1 minute).
2. Go to the Ice Palace (via any refrigerator).
3. Speak to the Ice Queen (5 minutes).
4. Use the Snow Machine (12 hours and 35 minutes).
5. Get another Fire Pit. Go to a Sim’s home and buy another fire pit from the ‘Outdoor Decorations’ section of the Home Store.
6. Turn On Fire Pit.
7. Return to the Ice Palace (7 seconds).
8. Speak to the Ice Queen (5 minutes).
9. Build the Ice Queen’s strength (8 hours and 30 minutes). Have a Sim ask the snow sprites to gather around her to boost her powers.

1. Check on the Ice Queen (5 minutes).
2. Go to the park.
3. Call to Jack (5 minutes).
4. Listen to the Ice Queen’s plan (5 minutes).
5. Ask the Ice Queen to fire (1 minute).
6. Build Power with the Queen at the park (X, 12 hours and 30 minutes).
7. Ask Jack what he is doing (5 minutes).
8. Tell the Queen about Jack (9 hours and 15 minutes).
9. Admire the moment (15 minutes).

1. Return to the Ice Palace (7 seconds).
2. Investigate the palace’s terrace (10 seconds).
3. Party at the Ice Palace (12 hours and 16 minutes). Tap on the Ice Queen to enjoy the party!
4. Thank the Ice Queen (1 minute).
5. Hug the Ice Queen goodbye (10 hours and 15 minutes).
